Tournament Privacy
What we collect and why.
BLKLST uses tournament signup information to run the event, verify participants, protect the organizer legally, process payment, communicate with teams, and display public competitor cards when appropriate.
Plain English
- We collect both players' names, ages, sex selection, cell numbers, emails, signatures, and any required parent or guardian information for tournament administration, safety, eligibility, KYC-style verification, waiver records, and legal protection.
- We collect optional team name, description, and photo only to display your team on the tournament page and related BLKLST event/promotional materials.
- Stripe processes payment information. BLKLST does not store full card numbers.
- Paid participants are added to the BLKLST Main email list in Brevo so we can send BLKLST updates. Brevo includes unsubscribe tools on email blasts.
- We do not sell participant personal information.
- We may share information with service providers used to run the event, including Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, Brevo, and event-support vendors, and when required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
- Questions or removal requests can be sent to info@nextdimension.fun. Some waiver, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained even if a public team card is removed.
